Any animal is welcome, there will be pens available for the animals. Wear your 4-H T-shirt. If you need a letter to get out of school, please let us know. Hope you can go and support 4-H.

We are need of newsletter sponsors. If you know of a business that would like to sponsor the newsletter, please have them call. Approximate cost is $100.

Bexar County Junior Livestock Show eligibility forms have been mailed. Please notify your members to be on the watch and take them to their school to get signed and returned to our office by Dec 20. If they did not receive a lime green eligibility form, please ask them to call Annette.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO READ THE NEWSLETTER FOR DUE DATES. We had several families come in past the major show due date to enter their animals. This makes a hardship on the secretary who is trying to meet the major show deadline. We set deadlines to allow the secretary time to process the forms, get them signed, call exhibitors if something is wrong on their form and allow them time to come in and fix it and then for her to enter the entries on line. We have discussed the process for next year, and there will be no entries excepted late next year.
